Delivery Information (Sri Lanka)

We are thrilled to offer delivery services across Sri Lanka!

  • Delivery Times: We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Typical delivery times within Sri Lanka are 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location within Sri Lanka and during peak seasons or promotional periods.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of LKR 430 for all orders within Sri Lanka. This will be added at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable courier services in Sri Lanka to ensure your BLUEMELLA package arrives safely and on time.

Our Returns Policy

We hope you love every item you purchase from BLUEMELLA. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return rules carefully:

Return Rules Summary:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you received your order.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at hello@bluemella.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your return request and provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.

  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition.

  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. As the customer provides return shipping, we recommend retaining proof of postage until your return is processed. BLUEMELLA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we typically process returns for a refund. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. Please contact our customer support if you have specific exchange inquiries.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@bluemella.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
